She is Woman: Victoria

When I was post-processing the image of Victoria, the phrase "she is woman" just popped up in my head. She's got that spunk and strong feminine vibe. This photo shoot took us to Buttonwood Farms in Griswold, CT, where some amazing sunflower fields were blooming. If you are ever in Connecticut around late July, I highly suggest going by there. They have delicious homemade ice cream (with SO many flavors, and actually this ice cream stand goes longer than the 'Sunflowers for Wishes' week), and a great environment of happy sunflowers. I suggested this place to Victoria when we were figuring out locations, and she was just as excited I was to accept this place. The owners gladly gave me permission to photograph here, and I believe they were taken back by me actually asking to make images there instead of just going for it. You are just lovely, Victoria. I adore the strength and confidence that just feels out from these images. I can just imagine they're very inspiring to other mothers! Congrats!
